You'll explore two short breathwork techniques inspired by pranayama, functional breathing, or nervous system regulation, followed by a 20-minute conscious connected breathwork journey. We close with a restorative meditation tailored to the group’s energy.This is a welcoming, inclusive space where you're encouraged to show up just as you are—no experience needed. Nervous System Regulation & Functional Breathing
60 minutes – $80
This session introduces a range of gentle breathwork techniques focused on improving your everyday breathing patterns and regulating your nervous system. Learn how to shift out of stress states, increase resilience, and bring more balance into your body and mind. You'll leave with simple, effective tools to integrate into your daily routine.Transformational Breathwork Journey
90–120 minutes – $160
A deeper, immersive experience using Conscious Connected Breathing to access altered states of consciousness, release stored emotions, and promote profound healing. This somatic journey helps clear internal blockages, shift patterns, and support emotional integration and personal growth.
Recommended: attend a group breathwork class beforehand to prepare for this powerful work. -
